My story
I am a mother of three, and breastfeeding was a challenge with each of them. I know firsthand how exhausting, emotional, and isolating those struggles can feel — the doubt, the tears, the wondering if you're doing something wrong.
With my last baby, I made the decision to push through and seek the support I needed. That support changed everything. I went on to successfully breastfeed her for over two years, and that experience transformed not just how I fed my baby, but how I saw myself as a mother.
That journey led me to become a certified breastfeeding counselor. Now my mission is simple: to be the support for other moms that I once needed myself. You don't have to figure this out alone — I'm here to help you succeed in your breastfeeding journey, whatever that looks like for you.
There is no single right way to feed your baby. There is only the way that works for your family — and I'm here to help you find it.
I approach every consultation without judgment and without an agenda. Whether your goal is exclusive breastfeeding, combination feeding, or simply making it through the next 24 hours — I meet you exactly where you are. My role is to give you information, options, and confidence, not to tell you what to do.
